Social Media Studio terms of service
Last updated 12 September 2026.
1. Who we are
Social Media Studio is provided by The Ai Web Company, a UK partnership, contactable at hello@theaiwebcompany.co.uk. These terms cover the studio. Our general terms and conditions cover the rest of the work we do; where the two disagree about the studio, this page wins.
2. What we provide
Access to the studio for the business named in the customer's agreement, the drafting and artwork the plan includes and publishing to the accounts the customer connects. What the plan includes and what it costs is in the customer's own agreement with us, not on this page.
3. The customer's accounts
A customer connects their own social accounts. They confirm they are entitled to post to them. We use that access only to carry out the customer's own instructions in the studio. Access can be withdrawn at any time in the studio or on the platform.
4. Approval
Nothing is published without a person approving it in the studio. Where the platform asks for a choice, an audience or a commercial content declaration, that choice is made in the studio at approval and is the customer's.
5. The customer's content
The customer owns the photographs, video, logos and words they give us and owns the posts made from them. They are responsible for having the right to use them, including the right to show anybody who appears in them and for the accuracy of any claim a post makes.
6. The platforms' rules
Posting through the studio is also posting through TikTok, Meta and any other platform connected. The customer agrees to those platforms' own terms and community guidelines and we may refuse or withdraw a post that would breach them.
7. What is not allowed
No unlawful, misleading, hateful or infringing content; no impersonation; no attempt to work round a platform's rate limits or to automate engagement with other people's accounts; no reselling access to the studio without our written agreement.
8. Availability
We work to keep the studio running and we do not promise it will never be unavailable. Platforms change their rules and their interfaces, sometimes without notice and a change on their side can stop a feature working until we catch up.
9. Suspension and ending
Either side can end the arrangement in line with the customer's agreement. We can suspend a studio at once where the law, a platform, or a serious breach of these terms requires it. On ending, we disconnect the accounts and delete the studio as set out in the privacy policy.
10. Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the studio in the twelve months before the claim and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost revenue or lost reputation.
11. Changes
We may change these terms. Material changes are told to customers by email before they take effect and the date at the top of this page always says when it last changed.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
