Cookie policy

Our approach to cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. We have deliberately built theaiwebcompany.co.uk to be privacy-first: we do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or third-party marketing trackers, and we do not sell or share your data. This policy explains the limited use of cookies and similar technologies on our site.

Cookies we use

Because of how the site is built, it sets very few cookies. Specifically:

  • Strictly necessary: a small number of cookies may be set by our hosting platform (Vercel) to deliver and secure the site (for example, load balancing). These are essential, contain no marketing data, and do not require consent.
  • Analytics (cookieless): we use Vercel Web Analytics to understand which pages are popular and improve the site. It is privacy-friendly and does not use cookies or collect personally identifiable information, so it does not track you across other websites.

Third-party services

Some actions take you to trusted third parties, which operate under their own privacy and cookie policies:

  • Booking a call opens Calendly in a new tab; any cookies it uses are set by Calendly on its own domain, not by us.
  • When you send us a message, your details are processed by our email provider (Resend) solely to deliver your enquiry to us. See our privacy policy for how we handle that information.

Managing cookies

Because we use no advertising or non-essential tracking cookies, there is no consent banner to manage. You can still control or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings; doing so will not affect the core functionality of this site.

Changes to this policy

If we introduce any new cookies or tracking in future (for example, additional analytics), we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first. Any updates will be posted on this page.
